Andrew Eldredge Andrew Eldredge is Mass Coastal's Superintendent of Operations, responsible for the training, scheduling, testing and supervision of all of the operating department personnel. He has served a similar function with Cape Cod Central RR and is an author of a book about railroads throughout history on Cape Cod and the Islands. He is a former locomotive engineer for Bay Colony Railroad, serving all of the customers on the EOT Rail Lines.
